Our Policies
Life happens, and sometimes plans change.
These policies are in place to respect both your time and mine.
Exemptions may be made for extenuating circumstances at the esthetician's discretion.
Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable

Deposits are forfeited if you cancel or reschedule on the same day as your appointment.
Rescheduling

One free reschedule is allowed with 24+ hour notice.

Reschedules within 24 hours incur a $10 rescheduling fee.

A second reschedule within 24 hours results in the deposit being forfeited.

When a deposit is forfeited, a new deposit is required to rebook.
Late Arrivals

A 5 minute grace period is provided

Arriving more than 5 minutes past your appointment may result in :

A shortened appointment

Cancellation if the services can't be accomodated

If an appointment is cancelled due to lateness, it is considered a last-minute cancellation and results in the deposit being forfeited.

However, if a service is completed in full, a $10 late fee applies.

If only part of the service can be completed, the full original service price applies.
Menstruation
-
Waxing during your period is allowed with a tampon in place.

If you cancel your appointment due to discomfort, same-day cancellation policies apply.
Memberships
-
Services outside of the monthly plan receive a 10% discount.

No deposits are needed for appointments when a membership is active.

Standard cancellation policies apply.

A 30 day notice is required to cancel a membership.

Memberships cancelled within 30 days will still be charged for the month.
